Techaffinity designed, built and implemented an in house written USPS Periodical Presort system which is utilized to prepare approximately 1 billion mail pieces a year. There are currently 40 publications utilizing this system which pay approximately s $300 million in postage annually.
The Techaffinity teams have played a critical role in implementing required USPS initiatives such as Delivery Point Validation (DPV), Intelligent Mail Barcode (IMB), IMB Full Service, Mail.dat and Automated Change Service (ACS) which include the Traditional, OneCode and Full Service variations.
In addition to these initiatives, Techaffinity has in-depth knowledge of off the shelf software such as Pitney Bowes Code1 Plus, Canadian Code-1 Plus and Sortstream Canada.
On the printing plant front, Techaffinity designed common interfaces to allow publishers to participate in multiple Co-Mail and Co-Pal operations which equate to huge annual postage savings. Additionally, our teams support the delivery of all printing instructions for 40 publications to 16 different printing plants.
